Reduce & Reuse: Scale Models and Recycled Fashion
This exhibition brings together design work from students majoring in Interior Architecture and Design, as well as Apparel and Merchandising, within the Department of Design and Merchandising at Colorado State University.

Design Awareness & Appreciation
Considering the elements of design and the principles of organization, students were tasked with creating a wearable object out of 95% trash (trashion), recycled, discarded, or outcast materials.

The History of Interior Architecture and Design
Students researched and re-created a chair in from the Avenir Museum interior design collection to better understand limitations the designer had to address. This project resulted in 1/6th scale models of select originals from the Avenir Museum’s collection of historic chairs.
