Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Lab
The FNCR Lab is a 1,400 sq. ft. facility, dedicated to studying how food and nutrition influence human health, including cardiovascular, metabolic, gut, and immune outcomes. The lab is equipped to support large-scale, multidisciplinary clinical studies, with dedicated areas for participant reception and screening; dietary assessment and counseling; body composition and medical assessments; phlebotomy; intensive clinical studies; biological sample collection, processing, analysis, and data management. The lab is located near the Gifford Kitchen Laboratory for test food preparation, the Gifford Sensory Laboratory, and multiple preclinical laboratories.
