Moving to Mindful
Would you like to manage stress or worries better? Do you want to learn ways to reduce stress? We are offering a group program and study to teens (14-18) to help better manage stress! Groups will meet for 1 time per week for 1 hour for 6 weeks. We are currently offering this program virtually! More information about this project:
- Three Family Visits – Once before and twice after the group program, two parents and the teen will visit our lab and answer questions about health and relationships. Almost everything can be done virtually!
- Earn Up to $105 – If you participate in each element of this study, your family can earn up to $105.
- Time Needed – Total approximate time commitment for parents is 8-9 hours and for teens is 18 hours.

Couple Communication Study
Couples 18 and older can participate. Participants are asked to fill out questions online and record a conversation with your partner, and then provide a saliva sample (to measure health markers). You can earn up to $40 for 1.5 hours.
