Summer Mobility Clinic
In Summer 2022, our team will be offering screenings to determine driving crash and fall risk.
After the success of 2021 inaugural mobility clinic , our research team is back again with a clinic for 2022. The mobility clinic will be held May 11 and 12, 2022. Adults over 65 years of age, individuals with stroke, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease and their family members can get assessments of your fall and driving risk. If you are interested in participating in the falls and driving screening, you can still fill out the form below. We will contact you to set up a time. There is a $15 fee for screenings – request a fee waiver if needed.
Location: Human performance Clinical Research Laboratory located at 910 Moby Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80521. Parking permits will be provided for HPCRL parking.
