During my undergraduate degree, I had the opportunity to work one-on-one with individuals living with and beyond cancer through an exercise program. It was incredible to see the positive impact exercise had on their physical function and quality of life. I love connecting cancer survivors with each other and equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to exercise and feel better overall.
