Congratulations on receiving scholarship in the College of Health and Human Sciences! You are in good company, with top students from all eight of our academic units.
The College of Health and Human Sciences is extremely grateful to our many donors who have made scholarships like the one you have received a possibility. For this reason, we are excited every year to bring together scholarship donors and recipients at our annual College of Health and Human Sciences Scholarship Event. Many donors travel from afar to meet and celebrate with their recipients. Therefore, it is an expectation that you will attend to thank them in person. The Department of Construction Management holds a separate scholarship event; the remaining academic units are included in the College-wide event.
You will receive an email invitation to the appropriate event as the date approaches. Please ensure your email address in RAMweb is current, and that you check it regularly. Location, time and date information are as follows:
For All-College, Interdepartmental, and Department/School scholarship donors and students (except Construction Management-specific scholarships, which are celebrated at the Construction Management Awards Banquet; see below)
Because of the large number of donors and recipients within the Department of Construction Management, they hold a separate banquet for scholarship donors and students.
Be sure to submit your required Thank You letters to your scholarship donors. For more information, consult your award email and click here for thank you guidelines.
In addition, from time to time, the college features scholarship recipients in videos (such as the one below) and as speakers at scholarship-related events. Please advise us if you are willing to serve in this way by contacting Karrie Butler at email@example.com or (970) 491-6690.
Should you have any questions about accepting your scholarship or thanking your donors, please contact Karrie Butler at firstname.lastname@example.org or (970) 491-6690.
