Helping Children, Adolescents, and Families Heal and Build Resilience
We provide evidence-based trauma treatment for children, adolescents, and families who have experienced difficult or overwhelming life events. Our services help clients process trauma, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and build healthy family relationships.
Services are available to Medicaid and self-pay clients, with both in-person and remote options available.
Our Treatment Approach
Following an intake assessment, your clinician will recommend the treatment approach that best meets the needs of the child and family.
Our evidence-based approaches include:
Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)
Helps children, adolescents, and caregivers understand how trauma affects the nervous system while building practical skills for regulation, resilience, and well-being.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Supports children and adolescents in processing traumatic experiences, reducing trauma-related symptoms, and strengthening caregiver relationships.
Modular Approach to Therapy for Children (MATCH)
Addresses concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges through flexible, evidence-based strategies tailored to each child’s needs.
Alternatives for Families: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT)
Helps families improve communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and relationship skills, particularly when conflict, behavioral concerns, or abuse have occurred.
