The Nancy Richardson Design Center was built to accommodate. Create a memorable event with our modern, flexible event spaces, advanced audio/visual systems, and reconfigurable exhibition walls.
To host an event at the RDC, please fill out and submit an Event Request Form.
Note: All event requests must be sent a minimum of two weeks prior to the proposed date. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for a follow-up email to confirm space availability.

RDC Design Exchange
The Design Exchange is located at the front entrance of the building. This space serves as a central terminal to study, relax, and rendezvous.

RDC Ideation Lab
The Ideation Lab is dedicated to high-tech digital research through augmented and virtual reality. This room is equipped with a Room Scale VR system.

RDC Fabrication Lab Workshop

Host a workshop or demonstration in the Prototyping Lab. This workshop contains ample space for collaborative projects and meetings.

Three different RDC Design Thinking Classrooms are equipped with advanced audio/video systems and can be rearranged to fit your specific needs.

Seminar/Conference Room
Present your ideas with confidence. This space is equipped with an advanced audio/visual system and remote conferencing capabilities.

Bring your event outdoors! The RDC Terraces are great opportunities to enjoy nature for your celebrations, work retreats, or warm weather team meetings.
