Center for Community Partnerships Educational and Employment Support

Understanding individual need is the cornerstone of our professional educational and employment support programs.

We work in collaboration with the Student Disability Center to offer individualized support in the achievement of academic and career goals.

The Bridge program is designed to help acclimate new students to higher education and campus life for students on the autism spectrum and individuals with brain injuries.

We support our current and incoming CSU student veterans to achieve success in college and their careers.

Supported Employment

We help adults and young adults with disabilities achieve their goals of long-term employment and community involvement.

Our goal is to help young adults with disabilities achieve their postsecondary educational and employment goals.

Asset 81 THRIVE

We offer a six-week summer career exploration program for teenagers and young adults with individual education and 504 plans.

Asset 72 Sleep Services

Our program helps CSU students and community members improve the quantity and quality of their sleep.
