Center for Community Partnerships THRIVE
THRIVE is a six week summer career exploration program for IEP/504 plan eligible 15-21 year olds.
THRIVE offers young adults the opportunity to explore career options and build skills related to finding, getting and keeping a job. There are two options for participation: a four week training or the four week training plus a two week work experience in a community employment setting. The experiential and classroom-based program includes visiting various industries in the community, identifying career interests, learning and practicing vocational skills such as job interviews, completing a job application and work ethics.
THRIVE operates in collaboration with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, a foundational partner of the CCP.
