Through innovative research, teaching, and service across the life span, the School of Education strives to advance the well-being of individuals, schools, and communities to:

• promote personal and professional opportunities for our learning communities.

• disrupt and transform inequitable educational and organizational systems and structures.

• shape the future of education policy and practice.

• equip educators and leaders to facilitate and strengthen democratic principles, processes, and institutions.

• address the workforce education, organizational, and counseling needs across Colorado and beyond.
