Malt Quality Testing Laboratory

The Fermentation Science and Technology program has multiple third-party testing capabilities from malt quality testing to microbiological and analytical analysis of fermented food and beverage samples. The lab that executes these testing services is the Malt Quality Testing Laboratory.
