Residence and Dining Hall Information
Your Room and Your Roommate
All participants in the Women in Construction Management Summer Institute will stay together with CSU WCM Summer Institute Mentors in their own section of Corbett Hall. Participants will be assigned a roommate from another school. Each participant room is Suite-Style (see image below). Most rooms will be double occupancy but there may be a triple occupancy in the case of odd numbers. Please note that sheets, pillows, and towels are included for your stay.
Learn more about Corbett Hall on CSU’s Housing and Dining website.
Hall, Room, and Floor Security
Residence halls are secured with multiple locking doors that require key-card access. All institute participants will receive a key-card and room key during their stay. Key-cards are specific to Corbett Hall and specific wing/floor, and room keys are specific to individual rooms. We recommend keeping your room door and window locked during the night, and while you and your roommate are out of the room. A significant replacement fee is required for any key-card and/or key that is not returned. Please keep them in a safe place during your stay and be sure to return them before you leave or you will be charged to replace them.
Dining Halls and Meals
Participants will have Breakfast and Dinner in the dining hall each day of the institute. Meals are buffet-style, with a wide variety of selections to accommodate all tastes and dietary restrictions. Boxed lunches will be provided each day of the institute, and participants will eat each meal with their peers and mentors. Please inform us ahead of time of any dietary restrictions.
