Our History

What began in 1946 as a response to the building industry’s need for a technical and leadership-minded workforce has since become one of the top-ranked Construction Management programs in the nation. At the intersection of business, engineering, and health, CM at CSU has always contributed to the betterment of the industry and society as a whole.
