Why is this training important?
Residential construction is one of the most hazardous industries, with high rates of injuries and fatalities. Workers face daily risks such as falls, electrocutions, struck-by incidents, caught-in/between hazards, and many more. Many accidents occur due to a lack of hazard awareness and safety training, making it crucial for workers and employers to stay informed about workplace hazards and OSHA regulations.
This training aims to reduce injuries, improve workplace safety culture, and provide critical knowledge to both the English and Spanish-speaking workforce.
