Application deadline: 5 p.m. MT, Nov. 4, 2024 How do I nominate someone?
Two ways in which nominations may be made for CHHS awards:

The unit’s recommendations could be determined through a vote by all faculty members, a vote by an executive or administrative committee, a vote by a promotion and tenure committee, a vote by an awards committee, an action by the department head/school director, and/or a combination of these methods.
- “At-large” nominations may come from any member of the CHHS faculty and staff who wishes to nominate a student, colleague, or department head/school director for a College award.
To complete a nomination packet, the nominator must submit the following documents as PDF files on the CHHS Awards Submission App:
- A completed CHHS College Awards nomination form

- One letter of support from colleagues, students, alums, professors/teachers, or supervisors (depending on the type of award), describing the nominee’s accomplishments, contributions, and how they meet the criteria of the award, offering explicit examples. The letter must be limited to no more than two pages, single-spaced, have at least 1” margins, and be in at least an 11-point font.
- A current copy of the nominee’s resume/curriculum vitae.
