Sponsorship Details
We all believe in helping people reach their optimal health potential. What better way to promote your values to the community than through sponsorship of the Homecoming 5K Race?
2025 Recipient
The 2025 Homecoming 5K Race will support up to 10 Alonso Quijano Research Scholars per year to provide hands-on training in research labs, outreach programs, and academic support roles at CSU or a non-profit entity partner agency. This program allows financially vulnerable students who need paid employment to support their education to have a job that accentuates their academic career rather than taking time away from it. The goal is to provide students with advanced skills that will set them apart when entering the next phase of their professional journey.
Gift-in-kind Donations
We love it when our sponsors can showcase their valuable services and products at our race as gifts in kind. When appropriate, we suggest a gift-in-kind amount of $250. Talk with our sponsorship team about how a gift-in-kind contribution may work as a portion of your sponsorship premium.
Sponsorship Deadlines
Our preferred deadline for the commitment of sponsors is June 15, 2025, and we will begin to process payment after the sponsorship commitment deadline.
Payment and sponsorship materials must be received between June 1 and July 31, 2025, for full sponsorship benefits.
Sponsorship Materials Include: Company Logo – we will need a vector (eps or SVG) and JPEG file of your logo in three colorways – full color; all-white; and Red, White, and Blue [gold sponsors only].
We’re excited to welcome sponsors up until race day! However, joining early ensures you receive the full range of valuable sponsorship benefits and perks, and certain benefits have participation deadlines.
To take advantage of our Brand Visibility benefits, such as logo placement on printed materials and race-day signage, please submit your sponsorship payment and requested materials to the Homecoming Marketing team by August 15, 2025, to ensure we have your materials before our print deadlines. For inclusion in our Digital and Community Marketing benefits, including social media shoutouts and community outreach, the deadline is September 15, 2025, to ensure you are included in our community outreach materials.
