Muscles Alive! is a neuroscience educational outreach program. It is an extension of research topics and techniques used in the Neuromuscular Function Lab at Colorado State University.
Exercise is Medicine ® on Campus is a nationwide program that we have adopted on campus as a referral program, partnering with the CSU Health and Medical Center, to pair individual campus community members with peer mentors to help guide them in beginning a fitness regimen to pair with their health and wellness goals.

We provide cardiovascular health testing for participating law enforcement and firefighter agencies in our region.
We help our citizens identify cardiac health risk factors and develop a plan to improve health and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Youth Sport Camps
CSU Youth Sport Camps are a summer-long series of active lifestyle camps in Fort Collins, Colorado. We feature 16 different summer camp programs throughout the summer season for kids in K-6 grades.

Additional Outreach and Engagement
The Performance Analysis program is designed to optimize the Performance Health of endurance, community, and emerging athletes. We offer such services and testing to measure individualized: endurance potential, training and recovery status, body composition, caloric requirements, and gait analysis.
We offer tours to a variety of groups. Our purpose is to showcase our facility and the work that we do in various areas of health and physiology.
