Faculty and Staff Fitness About the Noon Hour Program
The Faculty and Staff Noon Hour Fitness Program is open to current CSU faculty and staff as well as retired full-time faculty and staff of CSU.
The department believes in the wellness concept and thus provides staff and facilities for the program.
Program: Facilities available in the Moby B Complex from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. include: basketball courts, handball/racquetball courts, weight rooms, swimming pool, and locker rooms. In addition, work out clothing and laundry are provided. Lockers at the College Avenue Gymnasium are available upon request for noon hour participants wanting to run or walk outside on the outdoor track or around campus.
Fee: The current fee is $75 per semester. This covers the expenses of laundry, supplies, equipment, and supervisors. During registration, participants complete a billing form which bills for this program directly through CSU accounts receivable.

Please Note: The Faculty and Staff Noon Hour Fitness Program is separate and distinct from the Adult Fitness Program. The Adult Fitness Program is available for use by faculty, staff, and community members at the College Avenue Gym and Fieldhouse.

Monday – Friday: 11:30 a.m. –1:30 p.m.
The Noon Hour Fitness Program takes place in the Moby C Complex.
Conveniently located at an Around the Horn bus stop.
Fee: $75.00 per semester*
*Current faculty and staff members may be eligible for a 50 percent discount through the Commitment to Campus Program. Call (970) 491-5339 for details.
This fee includes the following: facility use, workout equipment, a locker, laundry service (workout clothes and towel are provided), lifeguards and other personnel. Fees for this program are billed through the Department of Business and Financial Services.
