The research focus of the MNR laboratory is:
- To understand the impact of impaired cognition and movement on execution of everyday function including bimanual coordination, over-ground walking and driving.
- To understand the neural mechanisms underlying impaired function.
- To develop rehabilitation interventions for improving function in older adults and individuals with neurological impairments including stroke and Alzheimer’s disease.
