What to Expect at Your Evaluation

Congratulations on your candidacy with your new department. We will be facilitating the testing required by your department. This is part of your application process.

Steps to Completing Your Testing

Get Your Appointment

You will receive an appointment to come to our testing site from your department. They have scheduled this to coincide with your application process.

Complete Surveys

You will receive three separate emails from us with individual surveys. Please complete and submit these at least one week prior to your visit.

Treadmill Test

At your appointment, we will assist you with your required treadmill test.
