Sponsorship Opportunity Homecoming In-person and Virtual 5K

2026 Sponsor Tiers and Associated Benefits

**Early Bird Perks** require that sponsorships are confirmed and donations received by June 1, 2026.

  • Game tickets will be for CSU winter sports and will be determined after your donation is received.
  • DEXA scans ($210 value) are the gold standard for measuring body composition, using low-dose X-rays to assess body fat, muscle mass, and bone density.
  • A VO2 MAX test ($270 value) is the gold standard for measuring maximal oxygen consumption.  It helps identify your overall aerobic fitness and cardiovascular health.

Sponsorship Details

We all believe in helping people reach their optimal health potential. What better way to promote your values to the community than through sponsorship of the Homecoming 5K?

Gift-in-kind Donations

We love it when our sponsors can showcase their valuable services and products at our event as gifts in kind. When appropriate, we suggest a gift-in-kind amount of at least $250. Talk with our sponsorship team about how a gift-in-kind contribution may work as a portion of your sponsorship premium.

Sponsorship Deadlines

Our preferred deadline for the commitment of sponsors is July 1, 2026, and we will begin to process payment after the sponsorship commitment deadline.

Payment and sponsorship materials must be received between June 1 – July 31, 2026, for full sponsorship benefits.

Sponsorship Materials Include: Company Logo – we will need a vector (eps or SVG) and JPEG file of your logo in two colorways – full color; all-white; and black and white.

We’re excited to welcome sponsors up until event day! However, joining early ensures you receive the full range of valuable sponsorship benefits and perks, and certain benefits have participation deadlines.

To take advantage of our Brand Visibility benefits, such as logo placement on printed materials and event-day signage, please submit your sponsorship payment and requested materials to the Homecoming Marketing team by August 1, 2026, to ensure we have your materials before our print deadlines. For inclusion in our Digital and Community Marketing benefits, including social media shoutouts and community outreach, the deadline is September 1, 2026, to ensure you are included in our community outreach materials.
