Gain immediate hands-on experience

Beginning in their sophomore year, students will be in elementary schools and other learning institutions to bridge what they are learning in university classrooms with the realities of elementary classroom teaching. Students leave the elementary program with over 900 hours of classroom experience (need to check to make sure that is still accurate).

The curriculum was designed with practicing elementary teachers and administrators to ensure connection to the latest teaching strategies and realities of classroom life.
