Why Choose a BOD POD Scan?
The BOD POD is an excellent choice for people of all ages who want a fast, comfortable, and highly accurate body composition assessment. Using air displacement technology, this test provides detailed insights into fat mass and lean body mass — valuable information whether you’re looking to track fitness progress, manage weight, or optimize athletic performance.
This test is especially convenient for those with mobility challenges or anyone seeking a non-invasive and quick alternative to more intensive assessments. The entire test takes less than 10 minutes and is conducted by trained technicians in a private and supportive environment. If you’re looking for a simple, repeatable way to measure changes in your body over time, the BOD POD offers a reliable method to help guide your health and fitness goals.
