Your Bod Pod Experience

• It is required that you come fasted from food and liquids, except for water, for 4 hours prior to your appointment.
• Specific clothing is necessary for accurate results. We ask that you arrive in, or bring, minimal, tight spandex-based clothing. We recommend sports bras, compression shorts, and/or tightly fitted swimsuits. You will be given a swim cap to wear during the assessment.
• You will be asked to sit comfortably inside the Bod Pod machine. The technician will periodically open and close the door.
• You may be asked to breathe into a breathing tube.
• Appointments are 30 minutes, with approximately 10 minutes spent in the Bod Pod.
• Results will be available immediately, and a technician will review your results with you.
