You’ll learn to examine individual roles, groups, and processes in organizations, then to develop and implement effective change solutions. And because the program is designed for working professionals, you’ll be able to apply what you learn immediately to your current workplace, influencing change before you graduate.
Prepare for a Faculty Role
In our program, you’ll develop a program of research, submit papers to research conferences, and present your work. You’ll publish your work in academic journals and explain how your research influences practice. Engage in scholarly debate, critique, and support of your peers’ research.

Our courses are delivered in-person at the CSU Denver Center, located in downtown Denver, Colorado. You’ll attend classes biweekly, allowing you to engage with your peers and instructors face-to-face.
Accelerated Program Format
The accelerated format of this cohort-based program lets you complete your coursework in three years. You’ll spend your remaining time in the program focused on your dissertation research, for a total of 60 credits (beyond a master’s degree).

Your cohort will learn to function as a team, developing research, and build innovative and practical skills together.
Leverage Online Tools
You’ll also use a variety of online learning tools to facilitate collaboration and to supplement your coursework.
