Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change Specialization

Designed with You in Mind

Pursue your Ph.D. while maintaining your personal and professional life. Our courses are delivered in-person at the CSU Denver Center, located in downtown Denver, Colorado. You’ll attend classes biweekly, allowing you to engage with your peers and instructors face-to-face.

Accelerated Program Format

The accelerated format of this cohort-based program lets you complete your coursework in three years. You’ll spend your remaining time in the program focused on your dissertation research, for a total of 60 credits (beyond a master’s degree).

In our program, you’ll develop a program of research, submit papers to research conferences, and present your work. You’ll publish your work in academic journals and explain how your research influences practice. Engage in scholarly debate, critique, and support of your peers’ research.
