Internships and other Hands-on Experiences
In the College of Health and Human Sciences, we believe that hands-on experiences are some of the best ways to learn. That’s why 88% of our students complete internships, fieldwork, and practicums. In fact, many of our students go on to work for companies and agencies that host them full-time after graduation. Our students have interned all over the country and some even gain experience abroad. Our College partners with private companies, agencies, nonprofits, healthcare settings, and many more.
You can find specific information about internships, fieldwork, and other hands-on experiences on our academic program websites at the links below. See our Career Services pages for more information on how to gain experience in your field and build your resume.
