Camp Details
Location: 502 W. Lake St.
Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Friday – 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Cost: $350 per camper (Scholarships applications will be available)
Ages: 8-12
Director: Zara Hopkins

Instructors: TBA (CSU Graduate students)
Camp limit: 16 per camp
DATES: July 10-14, July 17-21, July 24-28, July 31-August 4
Camp 1 - Baking Extravaganza
Spend each day baking breads, quiche, muffins, cookies, cake and more!
Weeks available: July 10-14 / July 17-21 / July 24-28 / July 31-August 4
Camp 2 - Global Tastebuds
Spend each day making entrees and desserts from around the world. We will focus on Italy, China, Mexico and Egypt! Some of the dishes will include pasta, empanadas, cookies, candied fruit and cake!

Teenage Volunteers Needed!

Sample Schedule
- 8:30 – 9 a.m. – Arrival
- 9 – 9:15 a.m. – Introduction to the day’s activities
- 9:15 – 10:45 a.m. – Kitchen Time
- 10:45 – 11 a.m. – Sampling
- 11 – 11:45 a.m. – Crafts
- 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Lunch
- 12:30 – 2 p.m. – Kitchen Time
- 2 – 2:15 p.m. – Sampling
- 2:15 – 3 p.m. – Cleanup!
- 3 – 3:30 p.m. – Outdoor activity
- 3:30 – 4 p.m. – Pickup
