Research and Teaching Facilities
Our programs are supported by specialized research and teaching facilities, including the Medical Nutrition Therapy Teaching Laboratory, Gifford Metabolic and Teaching Kitchen, Fermentation Teaching Laboratory, and Food Science Teaching Laboratory. Research capabilities are further supported by the Food and Nutrition Clinical Research Laboratory, which includes the Karen Morris Fine Body Composition Analysis Laboratory, as well as the Nutrition and Food Science Molecular and Cellular Laboratory complex, currently under renovation.
