Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center Fees for Individual Nutrition Services
KRNC is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (including CSU’s SHIP) and most Cigna plans. We are currently not in-network with the Cigna CO Connect plan.
The following prices are for clients not utilizing/not covered by insurance and paying out of pocket.

Late cancellation/no-show fees:
We understand that there are times when you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from being seen.
If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time, or if you do not show up for your appointment (in-person or virtual) you will be charged a cancellation fee. If your appointment is on a Monday, we ask that you cancel or reschedule no later than 3 p.m. the Friday before.
· Late cancellations and no-shows for initial appointments or a 50-minute follow-up appointment will result in a $55 fee.
· Late cancellations and no-shows for 30-minute follow-up appointments will result in a $30 fee.
· If 3 late cancellations and/or no-shows have occurred, you will be responsible to pay the FULL appointment cost on the 4th occurrence and thereafter.
· If late cancellation/no-show behaviors continue, your RDN may choose to discontinue nutrition counseling, with written notice.
Late Arrivals
We also understand that delays can happen, however it is important to be mindful of your dietitian’s and other clients’ time. Appointment times will NOT be extended if you arrive late.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you need to complete your intake paperwork prior to your appointment, please arrive at least 20 minutes early so we can start your appointment at the scheduled time.
If you are running late, please contact the front desk as soon as possible as a reschedule may be necessary. Please call us at (970) 495-5916.
It will be considered a late arrival if you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled time.
· Late arrivals for initial appointments or 50-minute follow-up appointments will result in a shorter appointment and will end at the scheduled time.
· Late arrivals for 30-minute follow-up appointments will need to be rescheduled.
· If rescheduling does need to occur, our late cancellation fee will be applied.
