We offer programs and presentations at your worksite or ours, with a track record of motivated participants. You just pick a day and time that works for your company and leave all the planning to us.

What causes diabetes and can it be controlled? Diabetes can be confusing and misconceptions don’t help. Understand the dynamics of diabetes prevention and management and tips for mitigating risks.
Eating Healthfully on a Budget
Everyone seems to be counting their pennies these days, and wholesome food is often the first to be cut. However, it is possible to eat well without spending a lot! In this presentation, we will help you plan meals and steer your way through the grocery store, teaching you how to make good choices throughout the 3 Ps: planning, purchasing, and preparing.
Many people today are interested in minimizing their gluten intake or completely removing gluten from their diet; however, there are some misconceptions about when a gluten-free diet is appropriate.
