Current Offerings
The KRNC is releasing a new set of chef + dietitian-designed, nutrition-focused cooking classes for 2024! These culinary offerings are designed to shake things up from our traditional Date Night Cooking Classes. The updated format will keep the best parts of our previous classes with delicious recipes, helpful cooking tips, and no cleanup while adding an increased focus on nutrition and cooking.
Our new classes feature menus that demonstrate nutrition and culinary how-to’s so participants gain skills for putting evidence-based recommendations into daily practice. New techniques and menus will be released each semester.
