Health Promotion and Mindful Eating Program

Healthy YOU is an eight-session healthy lifestyle class that includes nutrition, mindful eating, and exercise. This classic KRNC program was recently updated to be weight inclusive and places emphasis on health promotion using non-dieting principles.
Developed, updated, and led by master’s-level Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Healthy YOU’s research-based methods along with peer support make this popular program an effective platform for long-term success.
Note: Healthy YOU is the foundations class for the optional add-on Healthy YOU 2 (coming soon!), which is our reinvented diabetes prevention and management group class. If you have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes and you’re interested in group education and support, enroll in Healthy YOU as a prerequisite for our new Healthy YOU 2.
