What We Do
The Food Processing Laboratory exists to help food entrepreneurs and food businesses through regulatory, food safety, and quality and product development issues.
We work with Colorado food entrepreneurs who are bringing their food products to market and who sell to the public. Clients from other states are welcome to use our services. We routinely work with clients on: nutrition labeling, water activity, and pH screening.

Nutrient Analysis

Initial pH Screen
Initial pH screen $50 (per sample)
$100 equilibrium testing (Based on values from three samples from three different batches)
$150 acidified (Based on values from nine samples and one non-acidified sample)
