Quality Testing and Service Laboratories
The Fermentation Science and Technology program has multiple third-party testing capabilities from malt quality testing to microbiological and analytical analysis of fermented food and beverage samples. The two labs that execute these testing services are the Malt Quality Testing Laboratory and the Custom Service Laboratory.
The Fermentation Science and Technology program works closely with industry through many avenues. We enjoy our industry support and feedback to ensure our curriculum and student’s experiential learning opportunities are relevant and impactful.
