Our Focus
Grow • Prepare • Eat
The key to a safer food supply is education and implementation.

We have adopted a whole system approach to food protection, spanning from production to public health outreach. Our goal is to develop effective food safety strategies and educational materials to assist in reducing the risk of foodborne illness at each stage of the food chain. Our outreach efforts are targeted to Colorado consumers, local food producers, retail food handlers, public health professionals, home food preservers, and high risk audiences.
