Our mission is to investigate and develop information and effective strategies for each stage of the food chain, from production to consumption, to minimize contamination and help lower the risk of foodborne illness. We focus on outreach education materials targeted to growers, retail food handlers, local food producers, high altitude residents, and high risk audiences.
