B.S. in Hospitality Management About the Program
The Hospitality Management program provides students with broad, business-focused knowledge and skills which transfer across all segments of the hospitality industry. The primary segments are centered on operations management in Hotel/Lodging, Food and Beverage, and Event Planning. The HM program maintains strong ties with local, regional, and national employers in all sectors of hospitality, which leads to a wide array of employment opportunities at graduation.
ALL new students in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition are required to meet with their Academic Success Coordinator within two weeks of the start of their first semester and once a semester thereafter.
