Construction Management Fall and Spring Career Fair
The Construction Management Career Fair is held each fall and spring term at Colorado State University. This Career Fair is specific to the construction industry and will be attended by recruiters representing all sectors. Companies attending the Career Fair may be seeking to fill full-time positions with graduating seniors or alumni, 12-week or 24-week interns, and/or full or part-time summer help for you to gain work experience.
Students please note: Companies and associations are invited to the CM Career Fair to expose you to a variety of employment opportunities within the construction industry. Participation in the Career Fair does not imply that employment counts towards the Work Experience or CON 487 Internship curriculum requirements – nor are they an endorsement from the department of any kind.
The department recognizes that all related work is valuable, however not all experience counts toward the internship requirements for graduation. Any student pursuing work experience or an internship with a company or organization should confirm that it meets requirements with the Placement Office prior to accepting.
Be sure to check out our Career Fair and Interview Prep webpage for advice and resources on preparing for the career fair and associated interviews!

Virtual career fairs are online ‘events’ that allow employers and students to meet in virtual environments such as through voice calls or video chat rooms, and offer a number of advantages to both students and employers! Students benefit by saving valuable time which can be used on employer research and practicing elevator pitches. In addition, students have the opportunity to meet with a wider range of employers, some of whom may not typically make the trip for our on-campus fair. We will be working with Career Fair Plus to host our upcoming virtual career fair, to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience for students and employers. Check back here for more details as the fair gets closer.
Download the Career Fair Plus mobile app now in preparation for the virtual fair and check out this video demo to see how it works!
