What is a Fermentation Science and Technology degree?
Our program was developed with food and beverage fermentation industry leaders. You will get coursework in applied food fermentation, brewing science, sensory analysis, and operations management. Additionally, we regularly connect you with fermentation science professionals who are experts in their fields. Changes are coming to this major! The Fermentation Science and Technology major is transitioning to a new name – Fermentation and Food Science. You will be able to choose from two concentrations: Fermentation Science and Technology or Food Science.
