The Dean’s Faculty Teaching Fellowship Program recognizes outstanding achievement and innovation in teaching and learning and a dedication to the success of students, exemplifying the College’s teaching mission, and supports these exemplars in sharing their strategies.
Description
- The College will support up to two Dean’s Faculty Teaching Fellows.
- The Fellowship awards a $3,000 stipend (academic-year supplemental pay)
Fellowship Expectations
- Design and implement a project during one academic year (September to May)
- Share findings, resources, or strategies with the college community (e.g., via presentations, workshops, or publications)
- Engage with college leadership and peers to extend the reach and impact of their work
- Present their Fellowship Project at the following year’s CHHS Teaching Colloquium
- Serve as a co-leader of the Teaching Excellence Network in the academic year following their fellowship; this role includes an additional stipend.
