CHHS Research Day 2025 will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in the Lory Student Center Grand Ballroom.

CHHS Research Day, Tuesday, March 11, 2025, will be held in the Lory Student Center Grand Ballroom.  This event is open to all, though registration is required for the lunch and keynote address.

The day will consist of a morning poster show, a keynote speaker, and faculty lightning talks. The day will conclude with an awards ceremony.  The tentative schedule is noted below.

Present Your Research

Please sign up to present your research at our 6th Annual Research Day!  Open to undergraduate students, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, faculty members, or staff members in a degree program within CHHS, or a student in another degree program who is working with a research mentor in CHHS!

Volunteer to Judge

Volunteers are needed to judge Research Day posters.  There will be light refreshments provided as you explore the research and creative scholarship of our faculty and students.  We’d also love to have you join us for lunch and our keynote after the poster show.  Please RSVP if you plan to attend.

Attend Lunch/Keynote

Join us for our Research Day lunch and keynote address. Our keynote speaker, Dr. Chance W. Lewis, is the Carol Grotnes Belk Distinguished Professor of Urban Education and former Provost Faculty Fellow for Diversity, Inclusion and Access at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
