Executive Leadership Council Who We Are and What We Do

The College of Health and Human Sciences Executive Leadership Council was formed in 2012. This valued group works closely with Dean Lise Youngblade to support and advance the College. The Council assists the dean in the implementation of short- and long-term goals, community outreach and partnership development, and garnering financial support. Read about its first decade of service, in which the Executive Leadership Council members have championed College priorities, and collectively gave more than $10 million to CSU.
The ExLC members are alumni and friends who represent each of the academic units in the College. They act as liaisons between the broader community and the College and serve as advocates with potential stakeholders, promote philanthropic giving, and help with stewardship efforts. They also provide community and business expertise and identify and evaluate opportunities and challenges for the College.
Members attend Executive Leadership Council meetings two times per year. Service on the committee is for a three-year term and members may serve a total of two terms.
