Mary Harris Professor, Food Science and Human Nutrition, 1985 - 2020

Mary Harris spent 35 years at Colorado State University teaching and conducting research as a professor in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She studied Omega-3 nutrition in pregnancy and launched a dietetic internship program for students.
